Sustainable High-Rise Development

EnergyTron has been awarded an EPC contract for the design, procurement, and construction of a 9-storey high-rise project, reinforcing its role in delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. This development is positioned to set new standards in environmentally conscious urban design and energy-efficient construction.

The land transfer process is in progress. EnergyTron has completed initial design assessments, including council regulations, allowable building footprints, and key planning parameters.

A central feature of the project is its commitment to sustainability. The development will pursue a Green Star rating, showcasing advanced energy efficiency and renewable energy integration. Planned measures include maximising renewable electricity supply for base load requirements and incorporating innovative solutions such as biogas connections via mobile cylinder systems. These initiatives will position the project as a future-ready benchmark for sustainable high-rise living.
